Delivery & Returns

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are normally dispatched no later than next working day. During weekdays we dispatch orders received before 2.30pm on the same day. If we are unable to supply an item we will contact the customer within one working day from the order being placed.

DELIVERY  OPTIONS FOR UK CUSTOMERS

  • Orders up to £75.00 – Standard Delivery, Royal Mail 48 Tracked – free of charge
  • Orders over £75.00 – UK including Highlands and Islands, Royal Mail 24 Tracked – free of charge
  • Upgrade to Express delivery for orders under £75.00 £6.95 (this services is not available to the Highlands and Islands)

Orders placed using the Express delivery option need to be received by us by 2.30pm on weekdays for next working day delivery.  Orders received after that time will be sent out the next working day for delivery the following day.  For example, orders received after 2.30pm on a Friday will not be collected from us until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

EU

Hassle free deliveries to the EU under IOSS

Deliveries to EU customers for orders under €150 are shipped under the IOSS scheme free of import charges and customs delays.

Oders over €150 will go vat free but will be subject to customs, import duty, taxes and charges.

 

USA

Tax free deliveries to the USA

USA customers are not subject to customs and import duty on orders under $800 and do not pay UK sales tax (VAT).

Orders over $800 will be liable to import duty & charges

 

Rest of the world


Overseas customers outside of the EU don’t pay UK sales tax but may be liable for taxes and duties at the point of delivery

 

 

 

International Carriers

  • We use a number of different carriers for international deliveries
  • Express International deliveries can be arranged by request, email [email protected]

CANCELLATION

You have a Statutory Right to Cancel your Order with a ‘Cooling Off’ period of 14 days from the day after the goods are received.  If you wish to cancel your order email your instructions to [email protected]

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you want to return the goods for exchange or refund they should be returned within 14 of days. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used at purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning these items to us unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
If you find a problem with your order then please let us know and we will be happy to resolve any issues.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Post the item back to us in ‘new’ unworn condition complete with labels, (make sure you get a record of posting), with a completed returns form which can be downloaded here EDZ Returns Form
