Orders are normally dispatched no later than next working day. During weekdays we dispatch orders received before 2.30pm on the same day. If we are unable to supply an item we will contact the customer within one working day from the order being placed.
DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR UK CUSTOMERS
- Orders up to £75.00 – Standard Delivery, Royal Mail 48 Tracked – free of charge
- Orders over £75.00 – UK including Highlands and Islands, Royal Mail 24 Tracked – free of charge
- Upgrade to Express delivery for orders under £75.00 £6.95 (this services is not available to the Highlands and Islands)
Orders placed using the Express delivery option need to be received by us by 2.30pm on weekdays for next working day delivery. Orders received after that time will be sent out the next working day for delivery the following day. For example, orders received after 2.30pm on a Friday will not be collected from us until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.
For EU customers we now operate under the IOSS system where orders under €150 do not incur import duty & charges.
EU customer orders over €150 don’t pay UK vat but will incur import charges and duty.
Overseas customers outside of the EU don’t pay UK sales tax but may be liable for taxes and duties at the point of delivery

You have a Statutory Right to Cancel your Order with a ‘Cooling Off’ period of 14 days from the day after the goods are received. If you wish to cancel your order email your instructions to [email protected]
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you want to return the goods for exchange or refund they should be returned within 14 of days. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used at purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning these items to us unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Post the item back to us in ‘new’ unworn condition complete with labels, (make sure you get a record of posting), with a completed returns form which can be downloaded here EDZ Returns Form
