Wool of course!  Although it seems counterintuitive, wool performs brilliantly in hot conditions, wicking away sweat, drying quickly and staying odour free. With inbuilt climate and odour control a merino T-shirt can be worn for a week without needing to be washed making them ideal for travelling light.  Wool doesn’t feel sweaty and clammy in the same way as cotton or get wiffy like synthetics and when the temperature drops it will keep you warmer than either.

Scratchy wool next to you skin on a boiling hot day would not be pleasant which is why EDZ use superfine merino wool which is smooth and soft next to the skin and our merino T-shirts are machine washable to 30C.

EDZ offer two weights of T-shirt, 150g and 200g, with both equaly well suited to the heat.
